How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a request, email info@troveaa.com within 7 days of delivery.
The subject line must clearly mention your Order ID along with either “Return Order” or “Exchange Order”.
Once your request is received and approved, our team will guide you through the next steps.
Reverse Pickup (FREE)

For approved return or exchange requests, Troveaa will arrange a free reverse pickup

Customers must ensure the product is securely packed to prevent transit damage

Products returned in damaged or poor condition due to improper packaging may not be eligible

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

Email info@troveaa.com with clear images or videos
The item must be returned within 10 days for a replacement to be processed. Claims raised after 24 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
